The Jay 2 Cushion is low maintenance cushion designed for an individual at high risk of skin breakdown. It consists of a firm, pre-contoured foam base with a gel tripad. This gel layer allows for up to 3″ of loading for superior skin protection. The foam base is rigid and therefore provides a great, firm base of support. It can be easily modified with secondary components to meet the unique seating needs of a particular individual.
At a height of 6.5cm, the Jay 2 is thicker than the Jay X2 (5.7cm) but thinner than the Jay Deep Contour (11.4cm). It provides a good height for an individual needing a mid profile cushion that provides adequate skin protection.
